This site is dedicated to those who continue to make a difference! The COPS!
This web site was created with the intentions to honor all who sever in the law enforcement sector. I will continue to update this site as often as I can. I never realized just how many people would view this page. I've had to abort one counter and the other was about 400 behind when I posted it. The best guess is about 2000 people in March of 2001. I've seen visitors from several foreign countries and continue to get visitors from across the US. I would like to thank all of those who spend a few minutes signing my guest book or "ticket book" as I call it. Remember to watch your 6 and always keep your guard up. Good luck to all. Wescar
Today is April 29, 2001 and I wanted to let everyone know this site has not been abandon. In fact, I have been building new sites and just haven't had the time to devote to this particular one. That is about to change. I want to encourage everyone to return in about two weeks. I will try to have overhauled the entire site making the load time faster, the graphics better, and I intend to add lots more dynamic features. I may even try for my own domain. I am planning to make the site much more user friendly using newly obtained web publishing skills. I am positive the changes will blow your mind and hope you check back. Book mark now and check back about the middle of may for one of the best sites you'll ever encounter. Wescar
I am a cop through and through. I am currently a deputy sheriff. Here are some poems to help you understand.
Here I offer you some possible reasons why people become cops as well as what I like about working as a deputy sheriff. My humor page.
"While You Were Sleeping"
While you were sleeping I was awake, While you were sleeping I was watching, While you were sleeping I was helping, While you were sleeping I was searching While you were sleeping I was checking, While you were sleeping I was protecting, While you were sleeping I was working, While you were Sleeping I was awake!

Law enforcement officers are constantly falling in the line of duty. This is my memorial to police officers killed in the line of duty.
See what you can do during the holidays to help remember our fallen brothers.
Welcome to my e-911 dispatch page. Dedicated to all men and women who answer no matter the call. A tribute with poems and graphics. Thanks Jane for all your help. posted 11-16-2000
Here I have added some cop pictures. The pics. are from other officer web sites. I have yet to get permission from the sheriff to use those I have.
Every law enforcement officer I know collects patches to some extent. Here is my own personal collection.
Police exploring is for youth ages 14 to 21 and is sponsored by the Boy Scouts Of America. See if you qualify, how you can help, or how your department can start a program.
This deputy don't like drunk drivers and this is why. Here you will find some dui facts and stats.
Drugs are the problem, not the answer. In the first few sentences of this page you'll find a couple of reasons why drugs have become such a problem to combat. I have created a tips page to assist in understanding what goes through my (and possibly others) mind when I'm working. I have approached this page in much the same way I approach my job as a deputy, %110 or go home. (The Russ & Russ motto) I guess someone thought I needed to be awarded for it. I added some games, puzzles and humor here.
Some of my favorite cop links. You'll find memorials, officer home pages, police resources, law enforcement groups, my sheriff's home page and much more
This site is constantly under construction! Created in December of 1999 Last update was March of 2001, Technical maintenance.
